We know you will love your Araza Natural Beauty products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, return the product within 30 days for an in store credit.
You will be required to pay for your own shipping of all returned items. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for any previously paid shipping charges.
We offer absolutely no returns on Sample Items or Promotions
Steps To Returning a Product:
1. Email us at email@example.com ,subject line Return, and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. We will reply back with further instruction. Araza Natural Beauty LLC has the right to refuse any return request if we feel it is not appropiate.

3. Once we receive the returned product we will issue you an in-store credit for the amount of the item being returned.
We can only offer exchanges and in-store credit for items purchase at arazabeauty.com. Any product purchased at a retail location or at one of our distributors will not be considered for return and must be handled by that location.
Gift Cards by not be returned
We ship every order via USPS Flat rate. We ship both Domestic and International. Orders will ship out 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international packages). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered.
If your product arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge. Notify us within 7 days upon receiving it.
